Ross, Walter Edmond, 84,Dykeland Lodge, formally of Cheverie, passed away September 28, 2012 in Dykeland lodge. Born in Kempt, he was the son of the late Melvin and Agnes(Brown) Ross. Walter was a farmer all of his life as well as a keen woodsman. He is survived by his brother Donald, Cheverie, sister Shirley, Windsor, and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by brothers, Bub, Bert, Todd, and sister Viola "Vi".A graveside committal service will be held Sunday September 30, 2012 at 3 pm in the Avonview Cemetery, Kempt Shore with Alex Mosher officiating. No flowers by request, donations can be made in memory to the Avonview Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to the compassionate care of J Wilson Allen Funeral Home, Hwy 215, Summerville.
