Obituary of Shirley Gould

Shirley May Sophia Gould-75, Walton, passed away in the Hants Community Hospital with her family at her side. Born in Selma, Hants Co., on November 15, 1936, she was a daughter of the late Ervin and Elizabeth (Laffin) Dotten. Shirley is survived by her daughter Gloria (Dan) Gavel, Walton, sons, Wade, Allan, Saskatchewan, Oren (Suzanne) Hammonds Plains, Ervan, Walton, 8 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, Sisters: Sherron (Grant) Hamilton, Gerry Deal, Brother: Len (Jean) Dotten and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Robert Gould, Brother: Frank (WW2), Sisters: Dot Yachyra, Carol in infancy and niece: Heidi Thies. Cremation has taken place with no visitation by request. A memorial service will be held Thursday November 8, 2012 at 2 p.m. in the J. Wilson Allen Funeral Home, Hwy 215, Summerville, Rev. Ron Frampton officating with a private family burial at a later date. Donations in memory can be made to the Grace United Church Cemetery, Walton.
