McCulloch, Phyllis Albatena, age 72, of Tennecape, passed away after a short battle with cancer on Sunday, June 13th, 2021, at the Hants Community Hospital, Windsor. Born in Tennecape on August 15th, 1948, she was the daughter of the late Aubrey and June (McLellan) McCulloch. Phyllis graduated from Mt. St. Vincent University with a BA and BED in 1971. Phyllis became a schoolteacher at Dr. Arthur Hines Elementary School, Summerville where she carried out her entire career for over 30 years. She loved keeping her mind active doing puzzles, puzzle books and reading. Phyllis enjoyed travelling, she visited Europe and fulfilled her lifelong dream when she travelled to Montreal to see the Habs play. Phyllis is survived by her brother, Hollis, of Tennecape; aunt, Laura Legere, Ontario; and many cousins. Besides her parents, Phyllis is predeceased by brother Kevin and numerous cousins. A funeral service will take place on Saturday June 19th, 2021, at 2pm in the Moose Brook Cemetery, Moose Brook, Rev. Debbie Mosher officiating.
