ETTINGER – Marjorie Joan, age 79, of Truro Heights, passed away on March 12, 2018 at Colchester East Hants Health Centre, Truro. Born in White Settlement on August 5, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Blois and Erma (White) White. Marjorie enjoyed camping and fishing with Bert. She was very devoted to her family, especially her grandchildren. Marjorie is survived by her daughter Valerie Ettinger-Robichaud (Dean); son, Steve (Brenda); grandchildren, Jeremy Ettinger, of Calgary; Cass Ettinger-Sheppard (Alexander), and Trish; great-grandchildren Alexis and Olivia; sister, Judy Clooney (Jimmy), sister-in-law Ellen; and best friend, Nancy Lake. Besides her parents, Marjorie was predeceased by her husband, Bert; sister Yvonne, and brothers Alton and Glen. Cremation has taken place with no visitation by request; a graveside memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 17 at 2pm in West Gore Cemetery.
