Obituary of Taurin Marious Walter Gordon

Taurin Marious Walter Gordon, age 7 weeks, of East Lawrencetown, passed away peacefully on June 24, 2018 at home. Born in Halifax, he was the son of Franklynn Gordon and Justin Wamboldt. Taurin was a very happy baby; even in his short time, he touched many hearts and made a big difference in people's lives. He met his grandmother Nan Gordon a week before her passing, letting her know she was a loved grandmother; he helped and supported his mother Franklynn at her graduation from Dalhousie in Nursing and changed his mother and father's lives for the better. Taurin loved wearing his tiger onesie, watching Peppa Pig, having baths, eating, cuddling in bed next to the fireplace, listening to storybooks, music, and playing halo, and going for car rides on sunny days. Taurin is a true angel; he will always live on in everyone’s hearts and will look over his family alongside his grandmother and great-grandmother. Taurin is survived by his mother, Franklynn; father, Justin; uncle Jeremy; grandparents Glen Gordon, Chantel (Mosher) and Bill Thibault, and Raymond Wamboldt; great-grandparents Joyce and Walter Gordon and Ernie and Cathy Mosher; and several great aunts, uncles and second cousins. Taurin was predeceased by his grandmother Nan Gordon and great-grandmother Othelia Yenta “Tillie”. Cremation has taken place; a memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 7 at 2pm at J. Wilson Allen Funeral Home, Summerville, Rev. Garnet Parker officiating, with a reception to follow at the Centre Burlington Hall. Arrangements have been entrusted to the compassionate care of the J.
