Obituary of Kenneth Ross Hennigar

HENNIGAR - Kenneth Ross, age 65, of Noel Road, passed away peacefully at the QE2 hospital on July 11, 2018 with his by family by his side. Born and raised in Noel Road, he was the son of the late Phyllis Hennigar and Malcolm White. Kenneth will be remembered as a kind and caring man and a hard worker who took pride in everything he did. He enjoyed the outdoors and worked in the forestry industry all his life. He loved country music and playing guitar as a past time, and was an avid Chicago Blackhawks fan. Ken is survived by his son, Kirby (Heather), whom he loved dearly; three grandchildren; his brothers, Gary (Lois), Randall (Annette), Roger (Starlene), Warren, and Melvin; his sisters, Linda, Adrienne, Sherry, and Sandra; and many nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Ken was predeceased by his brother David, sister Cindy, and brother-in-law Owen. There will be a gathering to celebrate Ken's life on Friday, July 13 at 2:00pm at the home of Adrienne Ettinger; all are welcome. Arrangements have been entrusted to the compassionate care of J.
