My Dad, Lowell Brown Drove school bus at the same time as Charlie. They both liked to chat and tell jokes. I remember Charlie joking with the teachers at DAH school. He was always a lot of fun. I last saw Uncle Charlie at my mother's funeral, his sister Margie Lynch, April 17th,2015. He was slight kind guy with his kind of laugh. My thoughts are with you folks and always.

I first met Charlie at the Jam Session in Bramber when I was down in Nova Scotia visiting family. He was always so friendly and could make you laugh no matter how bad you felt. Even though I didn't know him well I always enjoyed talking with him . Rest in Peace Charlie
