Beckman, Charlotte Mae – 78 of Minasville, passed away on February 3, 2025, at the Colchester East Hants Health Centre, Truro. Born in Minasville on July 16, 1946, Charlotte was the daughter of the late Wallace and Pearl (Crossman) Reynolds.

Charlotte loved spending time with family and friends, usually with a camera in hand. Photography became one of her greatest passions, thanks to Charlotte, the years are well documented. She loved puzzles and a good game of cards, especially daily crib games with Garf and of course visits from her grandkids. Charlotte could always be found sitting in her chair admiring the view with phone in one hand and iPad in the other. Daily chats with Charlotte will be missed by many.

Charlotte worked along side husband Garf for many years running their siding business. She was always available to chauffeur anyone when the time arose.

Charlotte leaves behind her loving husband of 58 years, Garfield; daughter Jocelyn (Jamie); grandchildren Wyatt, Montana (Justin), Shianne (Shawn); great-grandchildren Addy, Gordon and Jack; honorary grandson Ryan (Marcie); sisters Maud, Paulina, Margaret and Shirley; brother John; many nieces, nephews and extended family.

Besides her parents, Charlotte is predeceased by brother Don Reynolds and sister Jennie Brown.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to the ICU team at CEHHC. A very special thanks to Janine and Ashley for their exceptional care and compassion to Charlotte and our family during her brief stay.

Respecting Charlottes wishes, there will be no visitation or Funeral. A Celebration of Life will be held on March 1, 2025, from 2 to 4pm at the family home – 3356 Hwy 215, Minasville NS.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Charlotte can be made to charity of ones’ choosing.
