LATTIE, Judith Doreen, age 78 of Five Mile River passed away peacefully at Colchester East Hants Hospital on February 28, 2025. Judy was the eldest daughter of the late Percy and Hazel (Harvie) Lattie. Judy worked at the Sunnyside Restaurant in Bedford for several years. She enjoyed watching and feeding hummingbirds and squirrels Judy is survived by her sisters Bonnie Ettinger; Lois (Dale) Ettinger; Beatrice (Donald) Boutilier; Vicki (Darren) Ruck; and Brother Ricky (Lynn Thoms) Lattie; and several nieces and nephews. Also Muma Jude’s girls Jamie and Mindy. Besides her parents, Judy is predeceased by her brother-in-law Blaine Ettinger and nephew Shawn Boutilier. The family would like to thank the staff on the 3rd floor, Dr. Ells and Dr. Cook for their compassion and excellent care for Judy. Cremation has taken place under the direction of J. Wilson Allen Funeral Home Ltd. As per Judy’s request, there will be a graveside service on May 10, 2025, at 1pm in the St. John the Baptist Cemetery, Latties Brook. Donations in memory may be made to the St. John the Baptist Church Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to the compassionate care of the J.
