On behalf of myself, Laura's Instructor, and her classmates in the Child and Youth Care Program at Success College, I would like to offer our heartfelt condolences to Laura’s family and friends.
Laura was a bright light in our classroom—her smile, laughter, and kind spirit lifted everyone around her. She had a natural ability to ground others, often offering quiet reassurance with a simple, heartfelt "I got you" when someone needed it most.
I’ll always remember the times she returned after graduation to visit the classroom, sharing her journey and inspiring future students with her story. Her presence left a lasting impact, and her memory will continue to guide and uplift us.
Personally, as her teacher and for many moons her friend, I miss her greatly. Her loss is felt profoundly, but her spirit will always remain with us.

I had the pleasure of meeting Laura at my work place. She had such a kind heart and always was ready for a laugh. We often chatted about our love of our fur babies along with some funny stories. Taken much too soon. My thoughts and sympathy go out to her family, friends and co workers

My name is Barry Wile, and although I never met Laura in person, I talked to her a lot for many years online and over text. She was a wonderful friend with a beautiful soul. She was always there for me during some of the worst times of my life, as I tried to be for her. She really touched my life more than I could ever say, and I'll miss her so much the rest of my life.
