Fagan, Elizabeth “Liz” 72 of Halifax, passed away peacefully at the VG Hospital, Palliative Care Unit on July 14, 2025. Born in Halifax on August 25, 1952. She was the daughter of the late John and Jenny (Martel) Truman.
She is survived by her husband Matt Fagan, two sisters Kathleen ( Bryan) Rheault and Jeanette (Don) Myers and several nieces and nephews.
Liz worked for Dalhousie University for approximately 20 yrs. She loved her cat, Rusty; he will miss her daily grooming sessions. She loved flowers, feeding the birds and growing tomatoes, beans and more. Liz also had a cardinal visit quite frequently, looking for a treat.
Liz never lost her sense of humor throughout her illness; her positive attitude helped immensely along her journey.
Cremation has taken place, at Liz's' request no visitation or service will be held. A Private family burial will take place at a later date.
