Wilmot "Whiz" White Obituary

White, Wilmot "Whiz" Earle-83, East Noel, formerly of North Noel Road, passed away on Jan. 5, 2026, in the Colchester East Hants Health Center, Truro. Born in North Noel Road, he was a son of the late Chester and Letitia (White) White.


Whiz was a man with a big heart and would do anything to help anyone. He enjoyed bass fishing, hunting, bingo, playing cards and getting bargains at the grocery store but most of all, besides enjoying his grandchildren and great grandchildren, he loved to tell all the stories of his younger days and if he ran out of stories, he would just start over again.


Whiz is survived by his daughter Jane Densmore (Rod), sons Robin White (Yvonne) and Carl White (Melissa), grandchildren Shaun, Lisa, Jeremy, Zachary, Chloe, Lily, Liam and Roderick, great grandchildren Tucker, Carter, Jake, Ryleigh, Regan, Michael, Annabelle, Kaylin, Amelia, Skylar and Kaleb.


His brothers Gerald, Allister (Winnie), sisters Phyllis and Donna (Jerry)

Many nieces and nephews


Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his wife Adrea (White) brothers Keith, Elmer, Joseph, Willis, Andy and Howard, sisters Wanetta, Lucy, Isabel, Ethel, Bertha, Laura and Laurie all in infancy.


Cremation has taken place with no visitation by request. A graveside memorial service will be announced at a later date and will be held in St. James Presbyterian Church Cemetery, White Settlement Road. Donations in memory of Whiz can be made to the Cemetery Fund or charity of choice.
