Obituary of Urbano Mendonca Goulart

GOULART – Urbano Mendonca. It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Urbano Mendonca Goulart of Centre Burlington, NS on Monday, April 2, 2018 at Dykeland Lodge, Windsor at the age of 80. Urbano was born on September 25, 1937 to Ana dos Santos Mendonca and Jose Silveira Goulart in Faial Azores, Portugal, where he married his wife of 53 years, Maria Natalia Goulart (DaSilva) on March 25, 1965. Urbano is survived by his loving wife Maria, sons Joe Gabriel Goulart and Antero Ramos Goulart, daughter Gorete Maria Deruyck, six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and his remaining relatives and friends. A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 6, 2018 at 11am at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 339 King St., Windsor, Father John MacPherson officiating. Interment at St. John the Evangelist Cemetery. Donations in memory of Urbano may be made to St. John the Evangelist Church, 339 King Street, PO Box 184. Windsor, NS.
