Obituary of Brenda McCulloch (Burchell)

McCulloch, Brenda Susan (Burchell), age 49, of Upper Rawdon, passed away at home on May 6, 2015, surrounded by her loving family after fighting a long courageous battle with cancer. Born in Halifax on December 16, 1965, she was the daughter of Annie Walsh and Victor Burchell. Brenda was a loving and dedicated person to her family and friends. She loved to travel, and hoped to retire to Florida with her husband, Danny. She was an avid gardener, and besides her family, her other true love in life was working on and driving her 1971 Mustang. Brenda is survived by her husband, Danny McCulloch; sons, Tarrin Wyatt (Jennifer), Matthew (Nadia) MacPhee, and Tyler McCulloch (Charlotte); daughters, Anna Wyatt (William), Mandy McCulloch, and Amber McCulloch (Jennifer); grandchildren, Caleb, Joseph, Raven, Tallyn, and Ellie; parents, Annie Walsh and Victor (Donna) Burchell; sisters, Janet (David) MacDonald, Mildred (Stephen) Crocker, Angie Miniotas (Danny), and Marjourie Laffin; brothers, Wayne Burchell, Ronald Burchell, and Donald Burchell; and many nieces and nephews. Brenda was predeceased by her stepfather, Charlie Walsh; and twin brothers at birth. The family wishes to extend their thanks to all the staff of the VON and Palliative Care East Hants. Cremation has taken place; the family would like to invite family and friends to their home at 4289 Hwy 354, Upper Rawdon on May 17, 2015 from 2-4pm for a celebration of Brenda's life and spreading of her ashes.
