Weatherbee, Jessie Kathleen, age 82, of Windsor, formerly of Bramber, Hants Co., passed away peacefully on March 20, 2016 at the Haliburton Place, Windsor, after a courageous battle with breast and bone cancer. Born on April 26, 1933 in Cheverie, Hants Co., Jessie was a daughter of the late Joseph Brown Weatherbee Sr. and Harriett "Hattie" (Harvie) Weatherbee of Bramber. Jessie was a faithful member of the Cambridge Christian Assembly for many years, and built friendships with members there. She enjoyed her daily reading and crossword puzzles when she was still able. She will be sadly missed and remembered always. Jessie is survived by her nephews, nieces, and many friends. Besides her parents, Jessie was predeceased by her brothers, Joseph Jr., George, and Merton in infancy; and her sister Lolita. Cremation has taken place with no visitation or service by request. A private family committal will be held at a later date at the Weatherbee family plot in Avonview Cemetery, Kempt Shore.
