LAKE - Walter Graham, age 90, of Windsor, formerly of Cambridge, Hants Co, passed away on March 23, 2016 at Hants Community Hospital, Windsor. Born in Cambridge on July 25, 1925, he was a son of the late Robert and Annie (Anthony) Lake. Walter worked in the Barite mine and as a woodsman. A man of faith, he accepted the Lord as his Saviour in 1946. He will be dearly missed. Walter is survived by his wife of 66 years, Eva (Lake), of Windsor; his daughters, Debbie (John) Faulkner, Summerville; Priscilla Bayliss, Hamilton, Ont.; Lois Cox, Bramber; Eunice (Brad) Smith, Burlington; Becky (Andre) Levesque, Massey, Ont.; and Julie (Arnold) Webber, Cambridge; his sons, Danny (Kim) Lake, Tantallon; and Tommy (Kim) Lake, Hamilton, Ont.; 15 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Walter was predeceased by his brothers, Clarence, Bob, Bill, Gilbert, Herbert, and Percy; and his sister, Frances. Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 26, 2016 from 6-8pm with a funeral service on Sunday, March 27 at 2pm, both at J. Wilson Allen Funeral Home, Summerville, grandson Seth Lake officiating, with interment at High Head Cemetery, Cambridge. Following the service, there will be a reception at Cambridge Gospel Hall. Donations in memory of Walter may be made to High Head Cemetery or the Canadian Diabetes Association. Arrangements have been entrusted to the compassionate care of J.
