Obituary of Ada May Macumber

MACUMBER – Ada May, age 73, of Falmouth, passed away on October 15, 2017 at Hants Community Hospital, Windsor. Born in Truro on July 18, 1944, she was a daughter of the late William and Ella (Ettinger) Paige. Ada is survived by her sons, Richard (Aldora), Eric (Tammy Johnston), and John (Sherry); several grandchildren; half-brother, Bill Paige; half-sister, Estelle Wright; and many nieces and nephews.  Besides her parents, Ada was predeceased by her husband, Ernest; sisters, Justine Chambers and Georgina Isenor; half-sister, Carrie Smith; and half-brothers, Robert Paige, Birthell Paige and Ellen Paige. Cremation has taken place with no visitation by request; a private burial will take place at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to the compassionate care of the J.
