Obituary of Inez Isabelle Laffin

LAFFIN – Inez Isabelle, age 91, of Truro, passed away peacefully on February 17, 2018 at The Mira, Truro. Born in North Noel Road on July 4, 1926, she was the daughter of the late Emmerson and Mary Jane (Anthony) White. Inez worked at Crossley Karestan in Truro for many years. She is survived by her children, Corey (Jolene), Cheryl (Len) Sawatzky, and Judith White; grandchildren, Mitchell, Shannon, Jamie, Nadine, and Nathan; and 11 great-grandchildren. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Clyde, son Shawn; son-in-law Elmo White; sisters Reita Miller, Hilda White, and Linda White; brothers Melbourne, Stanley, Leslie, Raymond, Russell, Clair, Angus, Arnold, and Maurice in infancy. Cremation has taken place; a private committal service will be held at a later date. Thanks to the staff at The Mira for their care and kindness.
