Obituary of Devon Dwayne Miller

MILLER– Devon Dwayne, age 27, of Moose Brook, passed away suddenly in Noel on November 2, 2018 as the result of a car accident. Born in Halifax on July 23, 1991, he was the son of Angela Miller and the late Dwayne McLellan. Devon was always on the go, whether on a motorcycle or all-terrain vehicle, and loved being outside. He will be sadly missed by his mother, Angela Miller; son, Bryden; brother Nicholas and sister-in-law Melissa; nephews Nathan and Rylan and niece Madison; grandmothers, Anita McLellan and Marion Myers (Alton); aunts, Luanne, Cindy, and Peggy; uncles, Neil and Michael; several nieces and nephews; his best buddy, Deb; and his kitty, Brutus. Besides his father, Devon was predeceased by his grandfathers, Prescott McLellan and Ronald Miller. Cremation has taken place with no visitation by request; a memorial service will be held at J. Wilson Allen Funeral Home, Kennetcook on Saturday, November 10, 2018 at 2pm, Rev. Natalie Buchanan-Rutherford officiating, with a reception to follow at Minasville Hall. No flowers by request; in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Mental Health Foundation of Nova Scotia, Box 1004, 300 Pleasant St., Dartmouth, NS, B2Y 3Z9.
