Ruby Burgess Obituary
BURGESS- Ruby May, age 96, of Northwood Terrace, Halifax, formerly of Bramber, passed away peacefully on February 27, 2019 at Northwood Terrace. Born in Riverside, N.S on May 13, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Ambrose and Elizabeth (Sanford) Sanford. Ruby enjoyed attending jam sessions, particularly blue grass venues. Ruby is survived by nephews, Rev Gerald Mosher, Harold Mosher and Lawrence Mosher; Niece, Ethel Northup. Besides her parents, Ruby was predeceased by her Husband, Clifford Burgess; Sister, Inez Mosher; brothers, Calvin and Melvin Sanford. A service and interment of ashes will be announced at a later date. Donations may be made to a charity of choice. Arrangements have been entrusted to the compassionate care of J.
