Millett, Eileen Leola – 91 of Dartmouth, passed away April 12th, 2020 in the Ocean View Continuing Care, Dartmouth. Born in Cambridge, Hants Co on August 24th, 1928 she was the daughter of the late Allan and Mildred (Conley) Starrett. Eileen began her working career as a credit manager at Zellers in the early 1960s. In 1965 she started a position at Fisheries and Oceans where she would carry out a 23-year career. Eileen enjoyed spending much of her free time quilting, reading and doing crossword puzzles. She is survived by daughter Debra Morash, granddaughter Kerri, grandson Jason (Tanya), 5 great grandchildren and sister Shirley (Aubrey) Wilcox. Eileen is predeceased by husband Charles “Chub”, brothers Leroy, Thaddy, Frank, Avard, Hector, Arthur, Freddie, Harold and Herbie, sisters Dorthy and Eleanor. Special thanks to the staff at Ocean view Continuing Care especially Tracey, Sherry, Valerie and Reda. Cremation has taken place. Due to the current Nova Scotia Health regulations concerning the Covid-19 Virus, there will be a graveside committal service held at a later date.
