Strong, Jeannine Dorinda (Naugler) – 69 of Woodville, passed away January 19th, 2021 in the QEII Hospital, Halifax. Born in Bridgewater on December 22nd, 1951, she was the daughter of the late Murray and Marguerite (Fitch) Naugler. Jeannine was a graduate of the Nova Scotia Teachers College in Truro and was a supply teacher for several years. She was a member of the West Hants Ground Search & Rescue for many years and was the recipient of many awards. She was an avid hunter and loved bowling. Jeannine was a greatly loved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, sister-in-law, aunt and dear friend to many. She is survived by her husband of 43 years Christopher “Chris”, sons Craig - Windsor, Scott – Coldbrook, Shawn (Jessica) – Vaughans, daughter Wendy – Cole Harbour, grandchildren Julia and Jadam, brothers Weldon (Shirley), Ramon (Anne). The family would like to extend a special thanks to the QEII Neurological staff. A private family service will be held in the J. Wilson Allen Funeral Home, Summerville on January 24th, 2021, Rev. Garnet Parker officiating. Interment will take place in the Scotch Village Century Cemetery. Covid-19 regulations will include that masks will be mandatory to be worn inside the premises, social distancing will apply outside of your bubble.
