We were shocked to hear of Julia's passing. I had spoken with her just a few days earlier. We were neighbours of King and Julia at Belle Baie and shared the love of "camping". We would visit to and fro and solve the problems of the world! Julia had such an independent spirit, I remember once while King was in Quebec she painted their deck as a surprise for him. When she got her electric scooter she dressed up in red and white and took a turn around the campground on Canada Day, flags flying! She latched on to Facebook early on and it was how we kept in touch over the years. I will miss Julia and King always.
