Obituary of Edmond Anthony

Anthony, Edmond “Eddie” James – 76 of Truro formerly of Noel Road, passed away on November 23rd, 2021, at Townsview Estates, Truro. Born in Noel Road on January 15th, 1945, he was the son to the late Herman and Pauline (Harvey) Anthony. Eddie went through his life treating everyday as a battle that he was always going to come out the winner of. He enjoyed playing cards, and in his later years a game of bingo. Eddie will be remembered and greatly missed by his loving and caring family, his friends, and all who knew him. Eddie is survived by sisters Rae (Tommy) Greene, Karen (Brian) Harvie, Trudy White (late Roger), Nellie (late Jim), several nieces, nephews, and cousins. The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff at Townsview Estates for their wonderful care and compassion for Eddie during his stay. Cremation has taken place; respecting Eddie’s wishes there will be no public service or visitation. A Private Family Service will be held at a later date.
