Obituary of Josh White

White, Joshua “Josh” Donald – 31 of Upper Rawdon NS, passed away on June 11th, 2022, in South Branch, NS. Born in Bridgewater on February 20th, 1991, Josh was the son of Andrew White and Pamela (Alexander) White. Josh attended high school at Park View Education Centre and graduated in 2009. He went on to earn a certificate in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering from Nova Scotia Community College (NSCC). Josh then obtained a career as a Small Engine Technician for Kubota Halifax. When he wasn’t working, he enjoyed working on vehicles, snowmobiling, watching Nascar and being with family and friends. Josh is survived by his Common-law Partner Ashley Gilbert of Upper Rawdon, and their unborn child, brother Matthew Nickerson (Paula Joyce) of Upper Rawdon, Nephews Joshua Veinotte, Zander Nickerson, and Tyson Nickerson of Upper Rawdon, Grandfather Donald White of Kennetcook, Grandmother Hazel Richard Roach of Lower Sackville, Uncles Jeffrey (Angela) White of Kennetcook, Mike (Louann) Alexander of Labelle , Raymie (Julie) Alexander of Labelle and Kenny (Janice) Alexander of Alberta, Aunt Valerie Alexander (Terry) of Lower Sackville along with many cousins. Josh is preceded by his Grandmother Linda White, Grandfather Raymond Alexander and Nephew Timothy Nickerson. A Service in memory of Josh will be held on Monday June 27th, 2022, at 11:30am in the J. Wilson Allen Funeral Home, Kennetcook, Rev. Linton Worrell officiating. A reception will follow the service in the Little White Hall.
