Please share a memory of Brian to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Spencer, Brian William – 71 of Centre Burlington formerly of Summerville, it is with great sadness we announce the passing of Brian on November 2nd, 2022, in Summerville with family by his side. Born in Summerville on April 7th, 1951, he was the son of the late Howard and Lorna (Lake) Spencer. Brian worked as an industrial and home painter for over 40 years, a trade he loved that made him many lifelong friends and would still be holding a paint brush if his health had allowed him to. Brian took great pride in his property and belongings; his lawn was kept immaculate, as Brian could often been seen on his John Deere not missing a blade of grass. In his early years, Brian loved to take a cruise on his motorcycle or relax on the beautiful shores in Summerville waiting for that monster bass to bite. Brian enjoyed the simple things in life; no need to dress it up, just paint it black. He was happiest when spending time with family and friends especially his cat Sammy. He will be dearly missed by family, friends and all who knew him. Brian is survived by his daughter Tracey (Garnet) of Summerville, son Ryan (Tina Marie) of Slave Lake, granddaughter Amber (Garett) of Mt Uniacke, great grandchildren; Spencer and Ezra, sister Helena (Art) of Burlington, brothers; Lester of Summerville, Kenny of Windsor, Larry (Debby) of Summerville, Bruce (Wanda) of Lakelands, Charlie (Janice) of Brooklyn, Donnie (Elizabeth) of Summerville, special companion; cat, Sammy and many nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Brian is predeceased by sisters Joan Baldridge, Gloria Spencer, brother infancy John Malcome, sister-in-law Sharon. A private family Celebration of Life in memory of Brian will be held at a later date. A private family burial will be held at a later date.
