Rose, Dennis Wayne – 80 of Wile Settlement NS, passed away on August 6th, 2023, in Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. Dennis was born in Ontario on June 27th, 1943.

As soon as Dennis was of age, he enlisted in the Royal Canadian Navy, serving his country on numerous ships, including The Bounty. He enjoyed his career and the perks of seeing several different places around the world.

After Dennis retired, he and his wife Marie built a new home and hobby farm in Wile Settlement, where they enjoyed their horses and raising chinchillas. Dennis was known for keeping his property in immaculate shape and took great pride in doing so.

A Graveside Service will be held for both Dennis and his wife Marie on Saturday, September 2nd, 2023, at 2pm in the Vaughan Community Cemetery, Vaughan NS, Rev. Garnet Parker officiating.

Donations in memory of Dennis can be made to the Vaughan Community Cemetery Fund.
