Miller, Thomas “Tommy” Curtis – 81 of North Noel Road NS, passed away on February 24, 2024, at home. Born in North Noel Road on August 13, 1942, Tommy was the son of the late Harold and Rita (White) Miller. Tommy worked in the woods and drove truck for his uncles most of his life. When he wasn’t working, Tommy enjoyed watching baseball and car racing on TV. Tommy is survived by his wife Frances (Paige); daughter Kathrine Banks, Truro; grandsons Quinton Bezanson (Kaitlyn), Glace Bay and Cedric Williams, Truro; great-granddaughter Caylee, Truro; sisters Susan Miller, North Noel Road, Debra Dalrymple, Belnan; brothers Stanley (Wanda), Randall (Shirley), both of North Noel Road; special great-nephew Isaac Miller. Besides his parents, Tommy is predeceased by sisters Caroline White, Gwen MacPhee, brothers Vance, Ronald, Herbert, Merlyn. Cremation has taken place, respecting Tommy’s wishes there will be no visitation or service. A burial will take place at a later date in the North Noel Road Cemetery. Donations in memory of Tommy can be made to the North Noel Road Cemetery Fund. Arrangements have been entrusted to the compassionate care of the J.
