Meehan, Markus Raymond of Mantua, Nova Scotia passed away May 5, 2024. Markus was the son of Shane and Leanne (Harvie) Meehan. Markus was a Truck and Transport Apprentice Mechanic employed at Maritime Diesel Services. In his early years Markus loved snowboarding, skateboarding and driving his junior dragster. More recently he spent many hours building models, building computers and online gaming with his friends, he also loved his 1976 Chev C-20 truck. Markus will forever be remembered by his loving girlfriend Makayla Kelvey, parents Shane and Leanne, brother Richard, all of Mantua. Markus is also survived by his maternal grandparents Philip and Annette Harvie of Ste Croix and his furry buddy Reese. Markus is predeceased by his paternal grandparents Raymond and Jeannine Meehan. A visitation and casual reception will be held at the Brooklyn Fire Hall, 995 Highway 215, Brooklyn, Hants County, Nova Scotia Friday May 17, 2024, from 2- 4 PM to celebrate the life of the late Markus Meehan. In lieu of flowers donations in Markus' memory may be made to the IWK Health Centre. Arrangements have been entrusted to the compassionate care of the JW Allen Funeral Home, Hwy 215 Summerville (Phone 902-633-2431).
