McLellan, Gary - age 71, of Cambridge, Hants County, passed away on July 4, 2024 in Halifax, NS. Born in Cambridge on July 6, 1952, he was the son of the late Delbert and Myrtle (McEachern) McLellan.

Gary spent his whole life in Cambridge. After he lost his father in a boating accident, he looked to Buddy Mason as a friend and mentor. Over the years, Buddy, Ardith, and their family thought of him as a son, brother, uncle, and member of the family. Gary loved country music and spending time in the woods.

Gary is survived by his partner, Dorothy McLellan; son Josh McLellan (Deborah) and grandchildren Ethan and Breanna; son Joey McLellan (Carla) and grandchildren Alexa and Joseph; and the Masons. Private family burial will be held at a later date.
