Obituary of Clifford Blois Grant

GRANT - Clifford Blois, age 73, of Truro, formerly of East Gore, passed away peacefully on July 11, 2018 in the Colchester East Hants Health Centre. Born in Halifax, he was a son of the late Ralph and Jessie (Weir) Grant. Cliff worked out west most of his life, logging in B.C. and working the oil fields in Alberta. He moved back to Truro after retiring a few years ago. Cliff is survived by his companion, Marelyn White; sisters, Brenda (Jeff), Ann (Jack), Lorna, Avis and Doris; brother Laurie; and sisters-in-law Marie, Blanche and Susan. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his brothers George, Earl, and Phillip. Cremation has taken place with no visitation by request. A graveside committal service will be held Monday evening July 16th at 7 p.m. in the East Gore Cemetery, East Gore. Rev. Angus R. MacDonald officating.
