My deepest sympathy to Lorraine and his family. I've known Charles since he arrived at Bissett Court and he was such a joy to be around. Charles always made me laugh. We had an inside joke that we laughed about every time even if it was said 10 times a day. Rest peacefully, Charles. You will always hold a special place in my heart.

Rip Charlie I remember the time me you and dad went ice fishing I fall through the ice you and my dad pulled me out our luck got worst when we got to the van and the heater broke so it was u that warmed me up and all you said Flo going to kill us. Love you Charlie you were apart of the Smith for years and still till this day. Don't catch all the fish in Heaven rest easy Charlie..

One of the favorite things I think about when it came to Charlie was that he had a big heart. He was always there, to help out neighbors ,friends and yes even people he didn't in know.

I always have a good laugh when recalling the times I took you grocery shopping and watched you grab every last clearance pie on the rack. After a couple of hours in the grocery store, my car would be filled to the brim with food!
Sincere condolences to Charlie's family. So many memories of exciting times with Charlie in the early 60s when we were both teenagers. I only saw Charlie once since leaving the Bay in 1966. We shared a brew or two at Hubley's Tavern and reminisced about the "good old days". Charlie was one of those special guys you never forget and I have thought of him often. I'm glad to have known Charlie and I'm grateful for the experiences we shared together. So long, old buddy. Jamie.
